A British Court of Appeals victory for two airlines may have paved the way for airlines everywhere to introduce a "fat tax" for overweight passengers.
Judges have decided that key elements of Britain's disability and discrimination laws do not apply to passengers who have entered an aircraft.
So it may be time for a new diet, time to join a gym, time to lose some weight or you will be paying a fat tax every time you fly!!
